Our Principles

What are L5's partnership principles?

Six rules that protect your clients, your compliance position and your reputation.

1

Education first

Every session we lead is educational. We never present offering details from your stage.

2

No referral fees or transaction-based compensation

Not now, not later, not in either direction. Paying for investor introductions creates conflicts and can raise securities-registration questions for the person paid, so you never have a conflict to disclose.

3

No client lists

We never ask for client names or financial information. People reach out to us when they choose to.

4

You keep your role

You advise. We explain how private real estate works and how L5 operates.

5

Your clients can bring you in

Any client who talks with us can include you in every conversation.

6

Introductions run both ways

When L5 investors need a CPA, attorney or advisor, we introduce professionals we trust.

How does a partnership start?

With one short call and one first activity. That's the whole commitment.

  1. A short partner call with Byron. We learn about your practice, your clients' questions and what would be useful.
  2. We agree on one first activity. A client session, a speaking slot, a set of resources or an introduction path for our investors.
  3. We deliver and follow up. We bring the content, the speakers and the follow-through, and you hear from us after every session.

You decide the pace and whether there's a next step. Some partners host one session a year. Some host one a quarter.

Pick one thing to try together.

A client session, a speaking slot or a resource set. It starts with a short partner call with Byron.
